The staff was polite, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a busy part of the city so close to the airport, the beach and Kuta central restaurants.

I had a such wonderful stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was unbeatable and near the airport. Quick check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was accommodating. Very friendly reception.
